Want a fuller life? Then we need to contemplate death!
Apparently, there is an App to help you prepare for the inevitable end and it is called www.wecroak.com. There are many resources on the site. The App is available in the Apple App store.
The App was inspired by a Bhutanese folk saying “to be a happy person, one must contemplate death five times daily.” The App sends reminders – at random times throughout the day – to stop, breathe, and contemplate death. It seems a bit counterintuitive given the “positivity” movement and thinking process. However, normalizing mortality in a non-threatening way helps us, to accept what we must, let go of things that don’t matter and honour the things that do.
